1 1/2c bread crumbs [170g]

2T kosher salt

4oz Parmesan [90g]

1 1/2c chopped flat-leaf parsley [15g =1/2c - 3/4c?]

3 eggs

9 cloves garlic [1/2 head]


190 total AG meatballs for the freezer.
