40g ground rice
Doubled, 300°F fan, 20 minutes, 12 hole muffin tin.
110g cream
20g Scottish oats [Bob's Red Mill]
15g vanilla sugar
1T Jim Beam Rye
Halved, too much strong whiskey. Otherwise quite good.
