Applesauce Oat Bran Muffins
Whisk together:
1 1/2c oat bran (180g)
1 1/2c flour (225g)
1 1/2 tsp powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2c brown sugar (100g)
1 1/2tsp soda
1/2tsp salt
Stir in:
1c applesauce (260g)
4T oil
2 eggs
Let stand 10 minutes in tin. Bake at 400*F 15-ish minutes.
