1# 3oz tomatoes from my mother
1# onion (farmer's market, $1.50)
5oz Big Bomb peppers (from my mother)
2T pickling salt ($0.09)
2c sugar ($0.64)
2c red wine vinegar ($2.72)


Yielded 5 pints @ $0.99/pint.
