German Apple Pancakes (Spoonfuls of Germany)
Whisk together:
2 eggs
180g milk
pinch salt
125g flour
55g seltzer water
1 tsp vanilla
Peel & slice apples [1 Granny Smith] 1/8" thick. Fry in butter until softened & coloured (sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, also).
