Crispy Chickpeas
1/4c oil
1 1/2c chickpeas
2T cornstarch
2tsp lebanese 7-spice blend
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp sugar
Faster than in the oven, but more of a pain, and I think the oven ones turn out better. Needed a touch more salt.
