BBQ Sauce

1c water
250g corn syrup
65g brown sugar
60g double concentrated tomato paste
160g vinegar
75g blackstrap
1 capful liquid smoke (hickory)
1tsp salt
1/4tsp crumbled dried onion
1/4tsp white pepper
1/4tsp dry mustard
1/8tsp paprika (smoked)
1/8tsp garlic powder

Bring to a boil, then simmer 45 minutes or so, til thick and reduced to about a cup and a half.


No Knead White Roll Crown (Emile Henry, modified)

400g wheat flour
100g wholemeal rye flour
10g salt
5g instant yeast
270g water

Pretty good, quite chewy, needs a bit more salt.
