Valhalla Brownies (Scandilicious)
Soak for an hour and drain:
100g dried sour cherries
3T kirsch
2T lemon juice
Melt together:
125g butter
200g dark chocolate (bunny)
20g cocoa (Special Dark)
Whisk together:
3 eggs
110g sugar
110g powdered sugar
1tsp vanilla.
Whisk in chocolate. Stir in 150g flour. Stir in cherries (and a handful of sliced almonds). Bake at 350°F 20 minutes.
