Grape Nuts Custard Pudding
4c milk (960g)
1c Grape Nuts (120g)

Bring to a simmer. Cool 15 minutes. Stir into:

4 eggs
scant 1/2c sugar (80g)
2 1/2tsp vanilla (1 tsp)
1/4tsp salt

Whisk well. Pour into buttered 2qt baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2tsp nutmeg on top. Bake in water bath at 350*F for 50-60 minutes. Cool at least 20 minutes.

Cold Brew Iced Coffee Master Recipe

2oz coffee concentrate (340g grounds to 7c water)
1.5oz cream
1/8tsp salt
2tsp sugar
5oz water

I think I prefer half and half to cream if I'm not blending it. Haven't tried the half and half in the blender yet, though.
